Cancellation Policy
Our policy requires 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. Please read our full policy below.
From July 2025, we have introduced a new late cancellation / failure to attend (FTA) appointment policy as unfortunately we have seen a significant increase in the numbers of last-minute cancellations and FTAs, for both myself and our hygienist Carly.
This impacts greatly on our business as they do not leave us with enough time to offer the appointment to someone else to fill the space in our diary.
We have tried our best to minimise the impact of much higher running costs associated with running a small dental clinic in this current climate to you, but any unused appointment time is detrimental to our practice as a business.
Notice Required
We require and politely request at least 24 hours' notice of any need for appointments to be cancelled – this can be done via voice message on our landline phone, a message on WhatsApp or an email.
If this notice isn't given, there will now be a £25 charge applied each time.
We'd be very grateful if you could help us not to have to impose these charges by attending your appointment or giving us sufficient notice, as above.
